Use the gate, building, and floor on the SMS or letter. Have passport, booking code, and phone ready. A coordinator should confirm “this is an international-desk slot” first.

The window checks the machine-readable name. If the hospital creates a Chinese transcription, freeze one version. Show the visa or entry page if asked.

Outpatient visits often charge the consult first; day surgery or admission often takes a deposit. Foreign cards are hospital-specific. Save the receipt photo.

An international-desk ticket is not a general-specialty ticket. Switching departments the same day may need a new registration.
