1. Who we are and what we provide

Lexaid is a care-coordination and medical companion brand. We help international patients navigate seeking care in China through services such as hospital/specialty matching guidance, multilingual accompaniment, appointment and logistics coordination, and related trip support.

We are not a hospital, clinic, physician practice, or licensed medical institution. Diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, surgery, and clinical decisions are provided solely by partner hospitals and their licensed clinicians. Lexaid does not practice medicine and does not replace professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. If you arrange services for another person (e.g., a family member), you confirm you are authorized to share their information and act on their behalf.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information you submit (including medical records, contact details, and travel documents).

3. Service scope and limitations

Service packages, inclusions, and fees are described on our sites or in a written confirmation we send you. Features may vary by package, destination hospital, specialty, and local conditions.

Hospital capacity, physician schedules, visa outcomes, flight delays, epidemics, regulatory changes, or force majeure may affect timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust arrangements, but we do not guarantee specific appointment times, clinical outcomes, or visa approval.

Hospital charges, medications, tests, procedures, and third-party travel costs are generally paid to those providers unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed for coordination.

Follow hospital rules, clinician instructions, and applicable immigration/visa laws.

Treat companions, staff, and clinicians respectfully. We may suspend services in cases of abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

5. Fees, deposits, and taxes

Prices and payment schedules (including deposits) will be confirmed before you pay. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless stated otherwise, quoted Lexaid service fees cover companion/coordination services and do not include hospital medical bills or third-party costs.

6. Intellectual property and site use

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Qile Wuyou or its licensors. You may not scrape, copy, or misuse content for commercial purposes without permission.

Hospital profiles and fee ranges on the site are informational references and may change; verify critical details with our team before travel.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free content, or fitness for a particular medical purpose.

We are not liable for clinical results, hospital negligence, third-party carrier failures, or losses outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability related to Lexaid coordination services is limited to the Lexaid service fees you paid us for the affected booking (excluding hospital and third-party charges), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.
