Lexaid Signs UK Medical Tourism Partnership, Reopening China–UK Care Pathways

Lexaid (乐小助 / Lexiaozhu)—the cross-border medical companion brand of Shanghai Qile Wuyou Technology Co., Ltd. (上海其乐无忧科技有限公司)—has successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a United Kingdom cross-border medical tourism service provider. The partnership further reconnects practical China–UK care pathways and aims to deliver a clearer, more reliable cross-border medical experience for patients and families in both countries.

Under the collaboration, both sides will jointly support inquiry intake, specialty matching, multilingual communication, and end-to-end trip coordination for patients seeking care across the China–UK corridor. Lexaid remains focused on non-clinical companion services; diagnosis and treatment continue to be delivered by licensed clinicians at partner hospitals.

The signing marks another step in Lexaid’s overseas-channel expansion following recent progress in financing and hospital-pathway building.
