From 7 to 10 October 2026, Ms. Suky Ji (及淑芳), Founder and CEO of Lexaid (乐小助)—the cross-border medical companion brand of Shanghai Qile Wuyou Technology Co., Ltd. (上海其乐无忧科技有限公司 / 其乐无忧)—accompanied a Shanghai medical expert team to Indonesia for a focused exchange trip covering a hospital expo, clinical dialogue, and business-community engagement.
The visit was designed to deepen understanding of Indonesia’s hospital and medtech landscape, while clarifying how Lexaid can support non-clinical pathway matching, multilingual communication, and trip coordination for families who may later seek care in China. Lexaid is not a hospital; diagnosis and treatment remain with licensed clinicians.

During 7–10 October, the delegation attended the 38th Indonesia International Hospital Expo 2026 at ICE – BSD City (Halls 5–10), supported by organizations including PERSI and related hospital-quality partners. On the exhibition floor, Ms. Ji and the Shanghai medical experts reviewed booth displays spanning hospital supplies, diagnostics, and emergency equipment—building a clearer picture of Indonesia’s procurement and partnership environment.

Clinical exchange at Medistra Hospital
The Shanghai medical expert team also joined a professional exchange at Medistra Hospital in Indonesia. In the conference room—marked by the hospital’s anniversary message “Stronger Together for Better Care”—participants reviewed a specialty briefing on diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer, presented in connection with the Department of Urology at Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University (同济大学附属第十人民医院泌尿外科 / Yao Xudong).

The meeting was an academic and pathway dialogue between clinicians and hosts—not a Lexaid clinical service. Lexaid’s role remains coordination around documents, language, and logistics when families later choose a China care pathway.
The team also visited the national hospital ecosystem around RSUP Nasional Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM), including a JCI Triennial Survey display—another on-the-ground reference point for how Indonesian hospitals present quality and accreditation pathways.

Expert dialogue and Indonesia–China networking
Beyond the expo floor, the delegation joined roundtable discussions with Indonesian and Shanghai participants. Nameplates visible during the dialogue included clinicians such as Dr. Chenghong Peng and Prof. Weidong Chen, reflecting the medical-expert composition of the visit and the focus on practical specialty exchange.

The team was also received by the Indonesian Chinese Entrepreneur Association (Perkumpulan Pengusaha Indonesia Tionghoa / 印度尼西亚中华总商会). In a formal welcome session, both sides exchanged greetings and commemorative gifts—including a traditional Chinese landscape scroll—signaling goodwill for continued Indonesia–China business and healthcare-network dialogue.
