Lexaid sells care coordination, not medicine. Qile Wuyou operates the brand; partner hospitals and licensed clinicians diagnose and treat. Patients should expect two bills: the hospital’s deposit and items, and Lexaid’s coordination fee. A coordination package that is described as including surgery, drugs, or a guaranteed outcome is outside our boundary.
