Solid Tumors: Personalized Dendritic-Cell Vaccine
Published by Lexaid, the brand of Shanghai Qile Wuyou Technology Co., Ltd. (其乐无忧). Company & brand
This briefing explains what the technology is meant to do, who might be discussed for it, and what it does not replace. It is not medical advice and does not promise tumor shrinkage, functional recovery, or a cure. Eligibility, the receiving hospital, and the bill must be confirmed in writing by that hospital. Do not stop standard treatment unless the specialist agrees.

Dendritic cells hand features of cancer cells to killer T cells. A tumor can suppress that scouting. A personalized DC vaccine uses the patient’s own cells, loads them in the laboratory with antigens particular to that tumor, and injects them repeatedly, hoping to activate T cells against those antigens and leave memory. It is a treatment vaccine, not a preventive shot such as HPV. The source says the process does not gene-edit the cells.

How this differs from the other DC pages
This column already has two different dendritic-cell briefings: a non-gene-modified DC for EBV-related blood cancers, and an autologous DC for pancreatic and colorectal cancer. This page is a vaccine customized to antigens from that person’s tumor, found by sequencing surgical or biopsy tissue. It is not limited to those two cancers and it is not the EBV product. The three pages do not stand in for one another. It also does not replace surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, targeted drugs, or PD-1 therapy.

- Tumor tissue is used to find that patient’s neoantigens or tumor-associated antigens;
- Blood is collected, monocytes are matured into dendritic cells, and antigens are loaded;
- After viability, phenotype, and sterility pass, repeated injections are given under the skin or near lymph nodes;
- Without usable tumor tissue, or if collection fails, there is no vaccine;
- The source does not promise tumor shrinkage. Standard cancer treatment must not be stopped on one’s own.
